Discounted rate accommodation is available at the County Hotel, Woodford. The hotel Code 34698. This code can only be used via e-mail or telephone booking.

Payment
Please note payment is to be guaranteed on a Credit Card and all individuals can settle their respective bills on departure. If a company or individual other than the guest is paying for the accommodation, a "Credit Card" authorisation form can be fax and proof of card holder's signature is required, stating exactly what is to be charged on the credit card. If full prepayment is to be arranged a proforma can be forwarded. Both can be requested from the reservations department.
Cancellation Policy
Please note these bookings are subject to no cancellation once is confirmed by yourself. However you can cancel up to 2 Rooms without any charges, 72 Hrs before arrival.
Check in time/Check out time
From 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
